At our office in Riyadh, young Actuarial Analysts work together in an international environment to support our clients with assessing the short and long-term costs associated with pension plan commitments.This is a role to join our Wealth solutions team in Riyadh, KSA. You will work in a variety of project teams together colleagues in other locations to deliver a wide range of actuarial and analytical solutions to Aon’s local and global client base. Previous relevant work experience will be considered an advantage. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English.What the day will look likeSupporting your fellow actuarial colleagues abroad by calculating pension plan liabilities and reporting results according to the clients’ needs. You will be dedicated to a country specific market within a small team.Analyzing, arranging and preparing databasesPerforming data tests and implementing occupational plans in our valuation softwareChecking, analyzing, explaining and reporting results according to national and international accounting standards (IFRS, ASC715, US GAAP, etc)Besides the analysis, you will have the chance to participate in other projects (e.g.: data migrations between valuation systems, tool development, training activities, mentoring)Skills and experience that will lead to successUniversity degree in Actuarial Studies, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Economics, Finance or any other relevant analytical fieldConfident written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and EnglishStrong analytical and good Excel skillsAttention to details and ability to analyze data and check its accuracyIntellectual curiosity, optimism and can-do attitudeDesire to learn and develop your skillsSpotless record and strong ethosHow We Support Our ColleaguesAon provides a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative working environment, designed to support professional development, performance, and well-being.KSA HR StatementThis role is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject to local labor laws and regulations.
