At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for a technically strong and execution-focused Engineer – ADDC to support electrical operations, maintenance, and compliance across our facilities management operations in the UAE. This role is critical in ensuring reliable electrical systems performance, adherence to ADDC/TAQA standards, and safe execution of all electrical works.Role OverviewThe Engineer – ADDC will be responsible for managing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with ADDC/TAQA requirements, and supporting maintenance and operational activities across assigned operations. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, supporting fault identification and resolution, and maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to work independently while supporting operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day electrical operations and maintenance activities across assigned operationsEnsure compliance with ADDC/TAQA standards and regulatory requirementsSupport maintenance of electrical systems, substations, and switchgear equipmentAssist in testing, commissioning, and handover of substations and related electrical systemsMonitor system performance, identify faults, and ensure timely resolutionCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and authorities for electrical works and approvalsEnsure adherence to safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and operational SOPsMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical operationsSupport audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance checksContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in system efficiency and reliability What We’re Looking ForValid ADDC CP1 and CP2 certification is mandatoryStrong understanding of electrical systems in line with TAQA/ADDC requirementsHands-on experience in testing and commissioning of substations and maintenance of substations and switchgear systemsExposure to facilities management or maintenance environmentsExperience in team supervision and developmentStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilityProactive approach to work with strong ownership and accountabilityHigh attention to detail with strong safety awarenessStrong learning agility and adaptability to operational requirementsStrong coordination and communication skills Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical EngineeringValid ADDC CP1 and CP2 certification Why Join EFS Facilities Services?Be part of a leading FM organization delivering critical infrastructure servicesExposure to regulated electrical environments and large-scale operationsOpportunity to enhance technical expertise and professional certificationsPerformance-driven and growth-oriented environment
