Team members work in a supportive environment focused on helping residents build sustainable recovery and life skills.Role Description The Addiction Recovery Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves providing day-to-day peer support and recovery coaching to residents as they transition from primary rehabilitation to independent living. The coach will facilitate individual and group sessions, help residents set and monitor recovery goals, and support the development of healthy routines and coping strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with clinical and support staff, supporting community integration activities, and modeling consistent, recovery-oriented behavior in the residence. The coach will also assist with orientation for new residents, participate in training, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and structured living environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Peer Support and Recovery Coaching skills.Candidates should possess knowledge and practical experience in Addiction Recovery and Coaching.Candidates should possess skills in Training and facilitating recovery-focused groups or workshops.Demonstrated understanding of recovery principles, relapse prevention, and harm reduction approaches.Ability to maintain professional boundaries, handle sensitive information confidentially, and de-escalate conflict.Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Prior experience in sober living, rehabilitation, mental health, or social services settings is an advantage.Relevant certification or training in recovery coaching, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
