to oversee adjudication processes, contractual disputes, claims, case administration, and dispute-resolution activities.The successful candidate will manage cases from initial referral through evidence review, hearings, determinations, and follow-up activities, while ensuring procedural fairness, contractual compliance, and timely resolution.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in adjudication, construction disputes, contract management, claims management, arbitration, dispute resolution, commercial management, or legal affairs.🚀 What You'll DoManage and oversee adjudication cases from initiation through final determinationReview contractual disputes, claims, counterclaims, notices, and supporting documentationAssess the contractual, commercial, technical, and factual basis of disputesCoordinate the preparation and submission of referral notices, responses, evidence, and supporting documentsManage adjudication timetables, procedural requirements, hearings, meetings, and deadlinesReview contracts, specifications, correspondence, drawings, payment records, variations, and project documentationCoordinate with legal counsel, contract managers, commercial teams, technical experts, consultants, and external partiesEnsure all adjudication processes are conducted fairly, consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable rulesPrepare case summaries, issue lists, chronologies, evidence schedules, and management reportsIdentify key contractual and commercial risks and provide recommendations to senior managementAssess claims relating to variations, delays, extensions of time, payments, defects, disruption, and other contractual mattersCoordinate expert evidence, technical assessments, financial analysis, and independent reviews where requiredManage communications between disputing parties and relevant stakeholdersMonitor case progress, costs, resources, and procedural deadlinesMaintain complete and confidential adjudication records and case documentationSupport settlement discussions and alternative dispute-resolution initiatives where appropriateEnsure determinations, decisions, agreements, and related actions are properly documented and communicatedMonitor compliance with adjudication decisions and contractual obligationsIdentify recurring dispute themes and recommend improvements to contracts, processes, governance, and risk controlsPrepare executive reports on dispute exposure, case status, financial implications, and potential outcomesDevelop adjudication procedures, templates, guidelines, and governance frameworksMentor junior dispute-resolution, claims, and contract-management professionalsStay informed about UAE and international developments in adjudication, arbitration, construction law, and commercial dispute resolution✅ What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or a related field5–10+ years of experience in adjudication, dispute resolution, claims management, contract administration, arbitration, or commercial managementProven experience managing complex contractual and commercial disputesStrong understanding of construction and commercial contractsExperience reviewing claims, contractual notices, evidence, project records, and expert reportsStrong knowledge of adjudication and dispute-resolution proceduresExcellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and report-writing skillsStrong ability to interpret contractual, financial, technical, and legal informationExperience working with lawyers, contractors, consultants, developers, clients, and technical expertsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and strict deadlinesStrong understanding of the UAE construction and commercial dispute environment is highly desirable🌟 Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Construction Law, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related disciplineProfessional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIArb, FCIArb, CIArb, PMP, or equivalentLegal qualification or professional experience in construction and commercial law is an advantageExperience with FIDIC, NEC, JCT, EPC, design-and-build, PPP, or other major contract formsStrong knowledge of UAE contract law, construction law, and dispute-resolution frameworksExperience with Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD), or other recognized regional dispute-resolution institutions is an advantageExperience managing disputes involving major infrastructure, real estate, construction, engineering, energy, or development projectsKnowledge of arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and other alternative dispute-resolution mechanismsExperience working with expert witnesses, delay analysts, quantum specialists, and forensic consultantsPrevious
