This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, helping landlords, tenants and agents reach fair and reasoned outcomes.As a trusted and independent decision-maker, you'll manage a varied caseload, analyse complex evidence, and produce clear, well-reasoned decisions. You'll also contribute to mediation and conciliation activities, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.About UsEstablished in 2003, TDS Group operates tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and provides free dispute resolution services for tenancy deposit disputes.
