The Adjunct will deliver high-quality teaching, including lectures, seminars, and workshops, and will support students through consultation hours and academic mentoring. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, assessing student work, and collaborating with faculty members on curriculum development. The role also involves engaging in scholarly activities such as research projects, publications, and participation in academic events, as well as supporting departmental initiatives and committee work as needed.QualificationsAdvanced academic degree (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and a strong record of scholarly engagement (publications, research projects, or conference participation).Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level, including effective course planning, delivery of lectures and seminars, and fair, transparent student assessment.Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to design and conduct independent or collaborative research and to integrate research insights into teaching.Excellent written and intermediate verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Polish is an asset, especially for student interaction and institutional collaboration.Ability to work collegially within diverse academic teams, contribute to departmental development, and engage respectfully with individuals from varied backgrounds.Organizational and time-management skills to handle teaching, research, and service responsibilities in a full-time, on-site academic environment.Commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching practices and adherence to ethical standards in research, assessment, and professional conduct.
