Adjunct Faculty in Management

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Management, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2025–26 academic year.Qualifications & Experience Doctorate in management; exceptional candidates with a Master’s and extensive, directly relevant professional experience will also be considered. Minimum 5 years of academic or industry experience in the field of management. Fluency in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills. Relevant professional certifications welcomed.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction in a range of Management courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning. Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials. Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies. Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment. Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community. Inspire and motivate students to develop managerial competencies, leadership skills, and professional growth.
