This full-time role includes designing and updating course curricula, preparing teaching materials, and aligning content with current clinical psychology research and best practices. The faculty member will conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback and academic mentoring. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve supervising clinical practicums or internships, guiding student research projects, and ensuring ethical and evidence-based clinical training. The role may include participation in departmental meetings, collaboration on academic initiatives, and contribution to outreach or community-based mental health activities.QualificationsAdvanced academic training in Clinical Psychology (M.Phil in Clinical Psychology).Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and evidence-based interventions.Strong skills in university-level teaching, curriculum design, and student evaluation.Experience supervising clinical practicum, internships, or supervised training in mental health settings.Active engagement with research, scholarship, or clinical practice, with the ability to integrate current findings into teaching.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to teach diverse student cohorts in a clear, inclusive manner.Commitment to ethical practice, student welfare, and gender-neutral, non-discriminatory educational environments.Ability to collaborate with colleagues, participate in departmental activities, and contribute to the broader academic community.Registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional or regulatory bodies in psychology is an advantage.Prior teaching experience in higher education and familiarity with technology-enhanced learning tools will be beneficial.
