We foster a collaborative culture and actively pursue strategic alliances to amplify our global impact in Biotech and Pharma.About the roleWe are seeking a ADME scientist to growth our compound Profiling team (full time role). Specialised in DMPK of small molecule therapeutics, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing ADME methods, profiling compounds in ADME assays and executing PK studies supporting drug projects at Discovery & PreClinical stage.As a key member of Topia Profiling team, you will drive data quality & efficiency for Program execution. You will leverage your experience & expertise in wet lab activities as well as keeping ELN records up to date.This role is part of Topia own capabilities in delivering drug pipeline of internal and partnered projects while having an impact on expanding Topia Tech Infrastructure.This Ahmedabad-based position reports directly to ADME/IVB Profiling Senior Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesExperimental Design & ExecutionConduct in vitro ADME assays and in vivo DMPK studies, including aqueous solubility (UV/HPLC/LCMS), permeability, metabolic stability, protein binding, CYP inhibition, and CYP profiling.Develop and validate analytical methods (LC-MS/MS, HPLC) for drug quantification.Perform pharmacokinetic and bioanalytical studies to characterize drug disposition.Data Analysis & InterpretationPerform data processing, statistical analysis, and interpretation of ADME and PK results.Provide scientific recommendations for candidate selection and dose regimen design.Collaboration & ReportingCoordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., chemistry, biology, clinical).Prepare clear, well-documented reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Act as Topia Scientific Excellence’s ambassador, promoting our culture of collaboration and inclusion.Qualifications & SkillsPhD or Master’s in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.3–5 years for entry-level; 7+ years for senior/principal scientist roles.Strong knowledge of drug metabolism pathways, ADME assay validation, optimization, and enzyme kinetics.Experience in running PK studies (in life and/or analytical phase) is a plusProficiency with bioanalytical techniques (multimode readers, LC-MS/MS, HPLC).Familiarity with data analysis software and statistical tools.Understanding of regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA) for bioanalytical method validation.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Excellent communicator (English) with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented global environment; strong analytical skills, record-keeping orientated and result-driven mindsetEnthusiastic about external partnerships and customer-facing behaviourWhat we offerCompetitive salary, including benefitsFlexible working hoursOpportunity to contribute to groundbreaking AI innovations in Healthcare and strategic influence over the expansion of an AI-native TechBio organisation spearheading Precision Design of new drugsCollaborative culture with access to a global network of expertsProfessional development and involvement in high impact projects.
