Admin & Data Entry Officer – Call Centre & Client CoordinationLocation: DubaiEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and skillsAbout the RoleWe are hiring on behalf of one of our established and growing Tax Advisory companies in the UAE for an Admin & Data Entry Officer – Call Centre & Client Coordination.This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with clients in English and Arabic, highly organised, and comfortable handling calls, data entry, CRM systems, Excel trackers, emails and document processing.The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to manage regular client follow-ups while coordinating with internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Calls & Follow-upsHandle inbound client calls professionally in English and Arabic.Understand client requirements and provide accurate information or direct queries to the appropriate team.Handle complaints calmly, record complete details and escalate when required.Transfer calls with a clear handover or take accurate messages.Make outbound calls for document collection, clarifications, confirmations and status updates.Follow up on pending documents, approvals, payments, appointments and deadlines.Confirm client details, application status and next steps after relevant calls.Data Entry & AdministrationEnter and update client and application information accurately in CRM systems, Excel trackers and internal records.Process and maintain high volumes of data while ensuring accuracy and completeness.Cross-check information against documents, emails and system records.Identify duplicates, missing information and discrepancies and report them to the relevant team.Upload forms and supporting documents to relevant online portals.Maintain organised digital folders, PDFs and documents using proper file-naming conventions.Email & CRM ManagementPrepare professional emails for document requests, status updates, confirmations and follow-ups.Monitor incoming emails and route queries to the appropriate team.Maintain an organised mailbox and ensure pending emails are followed up.Log calls, emails and client interactions in the CRM on the same day.Update client records, application stages, pending actions and follow-up dates.Review CRM and tracker information to monitor outstanding queries and follow-ups.Internal CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams to obtain updates and resolve client queries.Follow up on outstanding actions until the required information or document is received.Ensure information remains consistent across CRM records, emails, trackers and relevant systems.Assist with general administrative and documentation tasks as required.Requirements1–2 years of experience in call centre, customer service, administration, data entry, front-office or a similar role.Strong English and Arabic communication skills, both spoken and written.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas and handling large datasets.Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.Experience with CRM, ticketing or data-entry systems is an advantage.Experience working with online portals, document uploads and digital systems.Comfortable handling PDFs, scanned documents and structured digital folders.Fast and accurate typing/data-entry skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Professional, patient and courteous approach when dealing with clients.Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.UAE client-facing experience is an advantage.Own visa holders preferred for an immediate start.Compensation & BenefitsAED 3,500 – 4,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.Employment benefits will be provided in accordance with applicable UAE labour laws and company policy.Employment terms and benefit details will be discussed during the recruitment process.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is organised, accurate, patient and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage repetitive, detail-heavy administrative work without compromising accuracy.
