Team members work in an environment that values innovation, technical expertise, and customer-centric service, supporting diverse projects in energy and engineering.Role Description The Admin and Logistics Coordinator is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting daily administrative and logistics operations. This role coordinates shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements to ensure materials and equipment are available where and when they are needed. The coordinator manages documentation, maintains accurate records, and supports supply chain activities, including vendor coordination and order tracking. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer and internal inquiries, preparing reports, updating systems, organizing schedules, and supporting the operations team with logistics planning. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to track orders, monitor inventory data, and support logistics decision-making.Good Accounting understanding, follow up on accounts receivables Preparation of invoices and issuing of invoicesExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and clients.Experience with Inventory Management processes, including stock control, documentation, and system updates.Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles to support procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, ERP or logistics software).Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in administrative, logistics, or operations coordination roles in industrial or commercial sectors is an advantage.
