Admin Manager

The Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office procedures, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Admin Manager coordinates with internal departments and external partners, prepares reports and documentation, and supports senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and logistics. Responsibilities also include supervising administrative staff, optimizing workflows, monitoring vendor and service contracts, and contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes. The role requires a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and service quality to support Valtrans’ operational and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

Administrative and office management skills, including records management, documentation control, and workflow coordination.People management and leadership capabilities, such as supervising administrative teams, performance monitoring, and staff development.Operational and organizational skills, including planning, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and service providers.Proficiency in MS Office and standard office systems; experience with ERP or business management software is an advantage.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in transportation, hospitality, facilities management, or a related service industry is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Professional integrity, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high customer service standards.
