Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe successful candidate will be responsible not merely for routine office administration, but for ensuring that DKG's local infrastructure works smoothly in practice: premises, suppliers, procurement, documentation, logistics, local coordination and day-to-day operational problem solving.The role is particularly suitable for someone who is comfortable taking an objective such as “set up the office,” “find the best provider,” or “solve this local operational issue” and independently turning it into a clear sequence of actions, options and completed results.See https://www.dkv.global/gcc for an overview of DKG’s Dubai, UAE and GCC activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the establishment, setup and continuing operation of DKG's Dubai office and local infrastructure.Search for suitable office premises; coordinate viewings, quotations, negotiations and practical comparisons.Coordinate office setup including furniture, equipment, internet, utilities and other required services.Identify, compare and manage local suppliers, service providers, landlords, contractors and vendors.Obtain and compare quotations and provide concise recommendations based on cost, quality, timing and reliability.Coordinate purchases, deliveries, installations, repairs and routine office requirements.Maintain organized records of suppliers, contracts, recurring expenses, purchases, equipment and administrative documents.Support local meetings, appointments, events, travel logistics and other practical arrangements where required.Coordinate administrative requests between Dubai-based activities and DKG's international team.Support onboarding and offboarding logistics for team members where local action is required.Identify operational problems early and resolve them without requiring excessive supervision.Improve administrative workflows and establish simple checklists, registries and repeatable processes where useful.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for an operator rather than a purely administrative coordinator.The right person should be able to move comfortably between planning and execution: researching options, making calls, visiting locations, comparing providers, preparing documentation, following up persistently and confirming that the final result has actually been delivered.Requirements3+ years of experience in office management, administration, operations, procurement or a comparable role.Based in Dubai and able to travel regularly across the city.Strong spoken and written English and Arabic.Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.Strong ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and follow them through to completion.Experience working with vendors, quotations, invoices, contracts and operational documentation.Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and standard productivity tools.High attention to detail and strong personal reliability.Ability to work independently in a fast-moving international environment.Strong AdvantagesPrevious experience setting up or relocating an office in Dubai.Existing knowledge of Dubai suppliers, property agents, contractors or business-service providers.Experience working in a technology company, investment group, startup or other rapidly evolving environment.UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.Russian language proficiency.Familiarity with UAE administrative and business procedures.
