Admin Officer - Marketing

DescriptionWe are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Admin Officer – Marketing to support our growing operations in the roofing and cold storage industry.This is not a purely clerical role. The selected candidate will support marketing activities, prepare marketing materials, conduct market research, assist with lead generation, and coordinate with the sales team.You will work closely with management and gain hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, customer acquisition, and business development, with potential progression into marketing, sales, or business development roles.This role reports to our office close to Plaridel Bypass in Guiguinto, Bulacan.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for marketing and sales activitiesCreate and organize marketing materials, presentations, and digital contentAssist in managing social media and digital marketing activitiesConduct market, customer, and competitor researchAssist with lead generation and customer acquisitionMaintain organized records of leads, customers, and marketing activitiesCoordinate with sales teams, clients, suppliers, and external partnersAssist in exhibitions, events, and promotional activitiesMonitor marketing activities and prepare basic reportsSupport management in marketing and business development projectsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Entrepreneurship, or related field preferredFresh graduates are welcomeStrong written and verbal communication skillsCreative, analytical, organized, and proactiveComfortable researching and working with numbers and dataProficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital toolsFamiliarity with social media and content creationAble to manage multiple responsibilities and work independentlyWilling to learn about roofing, cold storage, construction materials, and our productsPreferred:Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar toolsExperience creating graphics, presentations, videos, or social media contentExperience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing activitiesLeadership experience in student organizations or projectsStrong academic performance or Latin honorsWhat We Offer:Hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, and business developmentTraining and mentorship directly from managementExposure to customers, suppliers, and industry partnersOpportunity to grow into marketing, sales, or business development rolesStable position in a growing and expanding company
