Administration Manager

Role Description The Director at NomadsArc will lead the Lahore-based studio’s operations, strategy, and delivery across Shopify engineering, ecommerce automation, and AI-driven growth projects. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing project pipelines, managing cross-functional engineering and product teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery for international ecommerce clients. The Director will collaborate closely with leadership to define growth objectives, refine service offerings, and build processes that support scalable, reliable execution. Responsibilities include client relationship management, resource planning, performance and revenue tracking, and mentoring team members to maintain a strong engineering culture. The Director will also help identify new opportunities in Shopify, AI, and automation, contributing to business development and long-term partnerships.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.Candidates should possess experience in operations and project management, such as building workflows, managing delivery timelines, and optimizing studio processes.Candidates should possess strategic and business acumen, including setting goals, managing budgets, supporting business development, and building client relationships.Candidates should possess familiarity with ecommerce and technology domains, ideally including Shopify ecosystems, SaaS products, and digital commerce platforms.Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present to clients and leadership.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field are beneficial.Experience working with international clients, scaling high-growth teams, and driving data-informed decisions will be considered a strong advantage.
