Our factories supply products to airlines, supermarkets, and restaurant chains.We are looking for an Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to join our Ontario team in a full-time, permanent position.This is a hands-on role supporting office administration, accounting, and marketing activities. The role is well suited to someone who is organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers and routine data entry, but also has a creative side and enjoys working on new projects.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will support the company in three key areas:Office Administration: Provide reception and general office support, including answering phone calls, monitoring office supplies, maintaining organized records, and supporting day-to-day office needs.Accounting Support: Perform basic accounting and data-entry tasks, including posting bills, performing account reconciliations, and organizing accounting files.Marketing & Promotion: Create restaurant promotional flyers and social media posts, and assist with promotions, events, and other marketing projects.This is a hands-on role where some tasks will be routine and repetitive, while others will require creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities1. Office AdministrationAnswer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.Provide general administrative support to the office team.Arrange replenishment of routine office supplies when needed.Provide administrative support to different departments as required.2. Accounting SupportEnter and post vendor bills and other basic accounting transactions into QuickBooks.Perform basic account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.Organize and maintain accounting documents and files according to department requirements.Assist accountants with data entry and other routine accounting tasks.Support other accounting projects as required.3. Marketing & PromotionDesign restaurant promotional flyers, posters, menus, and other basic marketing materials using Canva.Create basic social media posts and promotional content for the company’s restaurants and businesses.Update and maintain existing marketing materials.Contribute ideas for activities and projects that can help promote the company’s businesses in Canada.Support special marketing or company projects as assigned.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who:Is comfortable performing routine data entry and administrative work and can maintain accuracy even when tasks are repetitive.Has basic accounting knowledge and understands fundamental accounting concepts.Is detail-oriented and naturally curious about the information they are working with.Does not simply process information mechanically, but will ask questions when a transaction, document, or number does not look right.Takes ownership of keeping files, information, and processes organized.Has a creative side and enjoys designing flyers, social media posts, and promotional materials.Is willing to learn the business and take on different types of projects.Can work independently while knowing when to ask for help.Has a practical, reliable, and “get it done” attitude.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting support, marketing coordination, or a similar role.Basic accounting knowledge; accounting education or bookkeeping experience is preferred.Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Experience with Canva and basic graphic design is required.Previous experience creating social media content is an asset.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Fluency in English and ChineseWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, success means:Routine accounting and administrative work is completed accurately and on time.Accounting files and documents are organized and easy to find.Basic discrepancies or unusual transactions are identified and brought to the team’s attention.Day-to-day office needs are handled without constant follow-up.Restaurant promotions and social media materials are completed on time and presented professionally.The employee gradually learns the business and becomes able to identify opportunities to improve processes, solve problems, and promote the company’s businesses.
