We are also a Microsoft Fabric Featured Partner, an ISO 27001 certified organization, and maintain strategic alliances with Microsoft®, Databricks®, and Mastercard®.Website: https://neostats.aiAbout the RoleNeoStats is looking for a professional and dependable Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support our Riyadh operations.This role will assist with day-to-day administrative activities, documentation, internal coordination, record management and operational follow-ups across our Saudi Arabia business.The position offers a hybrid or remote working model, depending on business requirements and individual circumstances. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, comfortable using standard workplace technology and interested in building experience within a growing Data & AI consulting firm.NeoStats is committed to inclusive employment and welcomes applications from candidates with disabilities. Where applicable, candidates seeking consideration under relevant Saudi employment and inclusion programs should hold valid registration or documentation issued by the appropriate Saudi authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the Riyadh office.Maintain electronic documents, records, trackers and internal databases accurately.Assist with preparing, formatting and organizing reports, presentations and business documents.Coordinate meetings, calendars and internal follow-ups when required.Support HR and operations teams with routine documentation and administrative processes.Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in approved company systems.Track assigned activities and follow up with relevant team members to ensure timely completion.Assist with onboarding documentation and employee-related administrative activities.Coordinate with NeoStats teams in Saudi Arabia and other regional offices through email, Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.Handle company and employee information with appropriate confidentiality.Follow NeoStats policies relating to information security, data protection and professional conduct.Take ownership of assigned tasks and communicate promptly when assistance or clarification is required.Required Skills & ExperienceSaudi National.High school diploma, diploma or bachelor's degree.Basic proficiency with computers and digital workplace tools.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.Ability to maintain accurate records and follow structured processes.Professional communication skills in Arabic.Basic to good English communication skills.Ability to work responsibly in a remote or hybrid environment.Professional approach to confidential company and employee information.Reliable, organized and able to manage routine tasks independently.Previous corporate experience is welcome but not essential.
