The organization aligns its solutions with Saudi Vision 2030, emphasizing sustainable development and industry leadership.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for an Administrative and Government Relations Officer. The role includes managing daily administrative operations such as document preparation, filing, record keeping, and coordination between departments. The individual will handle government relations tasks, including preparing and submitting official documentation, following up with relevant ministries and authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee and company records for government portals, coordinating visa, residency, and work permit processes, and tracking license renewals. The officer will support management with reports, draft correspondence, assist in policy and procedure implementation, and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external government entities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong administrative skills, including document management, record keeping, scheduling, and office coordination.Candidates should possess government relations skills, including handling official paperwork, working with ministries and regulatory bodies, and managing visas, work permits, and licenses.Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English, professional interaction with stakeholders, and effective collaboration with internal teams.Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should possess basic IT and systems skills, including proficiency with office productivity software and familiarity with online government portals.Relevant experience in administrative roles or government relations within KSA is preferred, along with knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory procedures.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dammam, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate integrity and attention to detail is required.
