Apply & track with Apply EdgeRENECO's mission is to implement a global conservation strategy aiming to restore and preserve the Houbara bustard populations of North Africa (Chlamydotis undulata) and Asia (Chlamydotis macqueenii).To achieve these goals, RENECO has developed a multidisciplinary approach within different centers in Morocco, Central Asia, and the Arabian Peninsula by combining fundamental and applied research.To cope with the expansion of its activities and due to the development of new conservation projects, RENECO is opening new positions, giving a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious conservation program.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior management through effective coordination, document management, meeting organization, executive logistics, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Executive Secretary and assist with senior management activities.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation.Coordinate document reviews, approvals, signatures, filing, and records management.Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Monitor administrative requests and deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up.Coordinate communication and administrative activities between internal departments and external stakeholders.Support the follow-up of permits, shipment documentation, customs clearance, and other administrative requirements.Prepare and monitor Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and related administrative requests.Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and visitor logistics.Assist in organizing official visits, meetings, and corporate events.Provide reception support when required and coordinate visitor arrangements.Handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in administration, office coordination, executive support, or a similar role.Experience in document management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and stakeholder coordination.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional approach when handling confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Experience with document management systems is considered an advantage.Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.French language skills are considered an advantage.
