Administrative AssistantLocation: Fort Lauderdale, FLSchedule: Hybrid, with flexibility to work from home and come into the office as needed for administrative, office, and local support needsCompensation: $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience | Contract Role (Long-term)About the RoleRevolt is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide hands-on support to a busy and growing leadership team. This is a flexible, detail-oriented administrative role focused on helping keep daily operations, office needs, scheduling details, errands, reminders, and special projects organized and moving forward.The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and adaptable. They should be comfortable taking direction, following through on assigned tasks, and supporting fast-moving leaders with a wide range of administrative, operational, and personal assistant-style needs.What You’ll DoProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief of Staff and other leaders, helping with delegated tasks, reminders, follow-up items, scheduling details, and general organizationPrepare simple calendar overviews, daily reminders, travel details, itineraries, and other materials to help the team stay organized and preparedSupport office operations, including ordering supplies, stocking the workspace, coordinating deliveries, and helping maintain a professional office environmentAssist with local errands and in-person tasks as needed, such as picking up items, coordinating with vendors, and supporting office-related projectsHelp track and follow up on open tasks, project details, and administrative items to ensure nothing falls through the cracksUse tools such as Outlook, Monday.com, Amazon, and AI tools or other platforms to organize information and complete tasks efficientlyMaintain discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling business, personal, and confidential informationWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of three years of experience in an administrative, executive support, office support, operations, or personal assistant roleComfort with Outlook preferred, including calendar reminders, basic scheduling coordination, and general office technologyExperience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to complete assigned tasks without needing constant oversightClear, professional, and direct communication style, with the ability to work well with a fast-moving leaderComfortable with a role that includes a mix of administrative support, office coordination, errands, and hands-on tasksReliable, discreet, and self-accountable, with strong judgment and a solutions-oriented approachWhy This RoleStep into a flexible role with variety, exposure to executive support and office operations, and the opportunity to make a meaningful day-to-day impactHelp bring structure, organization, and consistency to a fast-moving business behind the scenes
