Axon Forge partners with clients to automate workflows, enhance user experience through AI, and develop data-centric applications that turn ideas into impactful digital products.Role Description The Owner at Axon Forge will provide strategic direction, oversee project pipelines, and maintain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring that AI and Django-based solutions align with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining service offerings, guiding technical roadmaps, reviewing project proposals, and coordinating with developers and collaborators on solution design and delivery. The Owner will also manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and support business development through networking and thought leadership in the AI and web development space. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site presence for key meetings and team coordination, and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, documentation, and remote collaboration.Qualifications Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data-driven analytics, with the ability to apply them in web application contexts.Hands-on experience with Django or similar web frameworks, including scalable architecture design, performance optimization, and secure deployment practices.Proven capability in business and product leadership, including strategic planning, roadmap ownership, budgeting, and stakeholder management.Experience in client-facing roles, such as consulting, solution design, or project oversight, with clear, professional communication skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives in a part-time schedule, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid setup based in Ahmedabad.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.Background in startup, tech consulting, or innovation-focused environments is beneficial, along with a demonstrated interest in emerging AI and web technologies.
