Administrative Assistant

Role Description The Owner at Garczynski Traploir Yvetot (GT Yvetot) is responsible for providing overall strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the business. This full-time, on-site role based in Kulim District includes managing financial performance, monitoring budgets, and making investment decisions aligned with company goals. The Owner leads and supports staff, sets performance expectations, and fosters a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing operational reports, engaging with key partners and customers, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and business development. The Owner also represents GT Yvetot in the local community and industry networks, promoting the organization’s reputation and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Qualifications Strong business management and leadership skills, including experience overseeing operations, finances, and strategic planning.Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and decision-making to guide investment and resource allocation.Ability to build and lead diverse teams, with skills in performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements relevant to operating a business in Kulim District.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Relevant experience in ownership, senior management, or entrepreneurship; a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
