Today, our platform for sovereignty delivers integrated solutions safeguarding revenue mobilisation, natural resources, health, and brand protection as well as digital sovereignty and secure public services.ROLEThe main objective of this role is to provide high-level administrative support to the Country Representative.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, editing and preparing materials for meetings, creating and managing expense reports, purchase requests, as well as meetings and events planningManage agenda, draft correspondence, take meeting minutes; create presentations and draft internal and external communicationsManage ad-hoc admin and office-related tasks as requiredAnticipate and solve problems autonomouslyCollect necessary documentation and information to create and follow-up on business files, as requestedArrange travel, visas and accommodationPROFILEExecutive administrative experience (at least 3 years in a similar position) and a degree in administration or equivalent certificationExcellent relationship builder; able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy with all internal and external stakeholdersSkilled in all aspects of planning and project management;Organized and structured to effectuate multiple tasks of different natureResourceful, thorough and with an analytical approachAssertiveness and ability to complete tasks without direct supervisionA quick learner and problem solver personAbility to work under high pressure and short deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communications skillsDemonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and Adobe AcrobatFluent in English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory.WHY JOIN US?Join a global leader in trust technologies with a mission that matters.Be at the strategic heart of a financially sound and innovation-driven company.Collaborate with high-level experts and work on impactful international projects.Operate in a multi-cultural, high-integrity environment where autonomy and ownership are encouraged.CV and cover letter in English are mandatory.
