The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, meetings, organizing documents, nd supporting conference-related planning activities. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and inquiries, coordinating internal and external communications, assisting with travel and logistics for events, and preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Assistant will serve as a key communication link between executives, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring timely information flow and professional follow-up.QualificationsStrong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, documentation, and daily office operations.Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, inquiries, and clear written and verbal correspondence.Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, travel coordination, and support for senior team members.Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and basic data entry and reporting tools.Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work on-site in Dammam and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Previous experience in events, healthcare, or conference operations is beneficial.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
