This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to office staff and leadership, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records and files. The Administrative Assistant will prepare and process documents, assist with data entry, and support correspondence with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Additional responsibilities include organizing office supplies, assisting with basic reports, and ensuring that office operations run efficiently and professionally.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily office operations and leadership needs.Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, relay messages, and interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document organization, data entry, filing, and basic record management.Relevant skills such as proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are beneficial.Previous experience in a construction or similar industry office environment is an asset, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional administrative training or coursework is preferred.
