Team members work closely with industry professionals on projects that require precision, reliability, and outstanding service.Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, NJ. This position supports daily office operations, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner. The Administrative Assistant will assist company leadership with executive administrative tasks, such as generating quotes, tracking project information and handling confidential materials. Additional responsibilities include data entry, maintaining office supplies, supporting project documentation for clients and vendors, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership and day-to-day office operations.Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with architects, contractors, clients, and vendors.Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic record keeping.Strong proficiency with office software mandatory (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools) and comfort working with digital files and online systems.Experience with quoting using dedicated CPQ or sales software preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated reliability, discretion with sensitive information, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.Previous experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in construction, architecture, or building products is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training in office administration/sales/architecture is beneficial.
