This role supports day-to-day office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized electronic and paper files. The Administrative Assistant assists with scheduling appointments, coordinating project-related meetings, and supporting executives with calendar management and basic reporting. Additional responsibilities include data entry, document preparation, updating project records, and communicating with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow. The role requires consistent on-site presence and collaboration with construction and project staff to keep administrative processes accurate and timely.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and document management.Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and basic report preparation.Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools) is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are required.Previous experience in an office, construction, or property-related environment is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business or administration is an advantage.Ability to work on-site full-time in Memphis, TN and maintain professional, reliable work habits.
