Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who will work as part of a dynamic team that provides critical support to our Project Management efforts. This role has high visibility to top leadership and potential for growth within the organization.Responsibilities Include:Support the Project Management team in preparing, finalizing and submitting all written correspondenceNavigate town websites to submit construction permits withing the New England AreaCollaborate with Project Management and accounting teams to accurately complete proposal requestsMaintaining and updating shared database and templatesAssist with front desk support and other miscellaneous tasks to support internal departments.Must Haves:Exceptional written communication skillsStrong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong typing skills, experience in Adobe or Bluebeam a plusAbility to stay organized, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent follow-up skills and attention to deadlinesWe offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and long‑term disability insurance, in addition to a generous retirement plan, wellness programs, paid time off, and annual tuition reimbursement of $2,000.
