Criterion Capital is seeking a highly organised, proactive and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across our development, asset management, construction and operations activities.The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will play an important role in ensuring the wider team operates efficiently and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and organisational support to senior management and wider project teams.Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and schedules, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, circulate information and record and follow up on actions.Maintain accurate project, company and administrative records and filing systems.Prepare and format reports, presentations, correspondence, spreadsheets and other business documents.Coordinate communications with colleagues, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other external stakeholders.Maintain action trackers and follow up to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.Assist with project administration, including document registers, schedules, trackers and general project information.Support procurement and supplier administration, including quotations, purchase orders and invoices.Assist with travel, accommodation, events and other logistical requirements.Manage incoming correspondence and general enquiries, ensuring matters are appropriately followed through.Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive commercial and business information.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and systems across the business.About YouPrevious experience in an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar role.Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Experience in property, construction, development, hospitality, professional services or a similar environment is advantageous.Ability to work independently, use initiative and follow through on tasks.Comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.Previous experience supporting senior executives or management teams would be advantageous.The PersonWe are looking for a proactive, reliable and highly organised individual who takes ownership and takes pride in supporting the wider team.You will:Be proactive and able to identify what needs to be done without always being asked.Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Communicate confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Be collaborative, approachable and willing to support colleagues across the business.Be solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Demonstrate discretion, professionalism and a strong work ethic.Take pride in being dependable and becoming a trusted member of the team.
