Applicants can expect to join an organization that values accuracy, empathy, and client-centered service.Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to management and team members. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with previous experience in an administrative or office support role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administrative and office support activities.Prepare, edit, and maintain service agreements, and invoices.Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal calendars.Respond to telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.Coordinate the flow of information between management, employees, clients, and external contacts.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.Assist with data entry, record keeping, document tracking, and basic reporting.Support management with travel arrangements, reservations, and other administrative requirements.Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and client information.Perform other administrative duties as required to support efficient office operations.Qualifications & Experience1–3 years of previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role.Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work independently.Professional approach when communicating with clients, management, and colleagues.
