The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing client files, and preparing documents and presentations. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, welcoming visitors, handling mail, and providing general clerical support such as data entry and recordkeeping. The role also involves assisting financial professionals with administrative tasks, maintaining an orderly office environment, and ensuring a professional, client-focused experience. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with team members, follow established procedures, and help improve operational efficiency.Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document managementProfessional Phone Etiquette and customer service skills, with the ability to handle calls and client interactions courteously and efficientlyClear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team membersExperience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management and support for senior team membersProficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and basic computer literacyStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesReliability, discretion, and a professional demeanor in handling confidential informationHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or prior experience in a financial or professional services environment is a plus
