This role is ideal for an outgoing, detail-oriented professional with experience managing multiple calendars, coordinating business travel, and anticipating the needs of senior leadership.The successful candidate will bring a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, strong communication skills, and the confidence to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree required; candidates with an associate degree and relevant experience may also be considered3+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting senior-level professionalsDemonstrated experience supporting multiple individuals simultaneously and managing multiple calendarsPrevious experience coordinating business travel arrangementsStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilitiesProactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and exercise sound judgmentStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-throughComfortable interacting professionally with clients and senior leadershipProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookFlexible, collaborative, and willing to take a hands-on approach to administrative supportKey ResponsibilitiesManage multiple executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating competing prioritiesCoordinate business travel arrangements for partners and other senior professionalsProvide administrative support to 7–9 team members, anticipating needs and ensuring efficient day-to-day operationsAnswer and direct phone calls, relay information promptly, and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretionAssist with planning and coordinating company meetings, events, and celebrationsProvide occasional after-hours support for travel, scheduling, and other administrative needsPrepare and maintain accurate expense reportsProvide general administrative and office support, including ordering supplies and coordinating weekly lunches and meeting cateringCommunicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and external contactsApply TodayAre you an organized, proactive professional who thrives on supporting multiple leaders and anticipating their needs?
