The Company works on large-scale construction projects across a variety of industries throughout the country. With a strong reputation in the industry and a growing project portfolio, the Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to their team.The Administrative Assistant Due to growth within the organization, we are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join the team, with a primary focus on supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and provide day-to-day administrative support, while also serving as a key point of contact for business operations across the company. This person will bring a calm, steady presence even when priorities shift quickly, and adjust easily to a fast-paced environment.Additional responsibilities include managing correspondence and phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining accurate records and files. This role also provides broader administrative support across departments as needs come up throughout the office, helping keep day-to-day business operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable learning new systems and technology, communicates clearly across all levels of the organization from field staff to leadership, and brings a proactive, detail oriented approach to their work.
