- Manage shared calendars, meeting details, and routine appointment changes.
- Prepare straightforward correspondence, agendas, notes, and internal documents.
- Record incoming requests and route them with the information needed for action.
- Maintain digital and physical records using consistent names and filing standards.
- Update trackers, check outstanding actions, and request missing information.
- Support visitors, callers, and colleagues with professional and accurate responses.Bring order to changing prioritiesYou should be comfortable writing clear emails, entering information accurately, and using Word, Excel, or comparable office tools. Previous administrative, reception, customer-service, school-office, or community-organization experience is helpful.A high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient for consideration. A specific degree is not required. We will consider practical examples from paid work, coursework, volunteering, or military service when they demonstrate organization, discretion, and reliable follow-through.Make accurate follow up visibleGood performance means meetings are prepared, records can be found, and open requests have a clear owner and next step.
