Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining office records and filing systems. The role involves answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and ensuring a professional and efficient front-office presence. The Administrative Assistant will prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, assist with data entry and basic recordkeeping, and support executive leadership with administrative tasks as needed. This position requires consistent attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for leadership-level staff.Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling software) and basic database or CRM usage.Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Relevant experience in an office or laboratory setting is beneficial; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
