Administrative Assistant Manager

Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, responsible for leading the strategic, operational, and creative direction of Dabster Events & Entertainment. This role oversees event portfolios from planning through execution, manages key client relationships, and ensures projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. The Director will guide cross-functional teams in production, artist management, PR, sponsorships, and technical solutions, providing clear leadership and decision-making throughout each event cycle. Daily activities include reviewing event proposals, supervising budgets, coordinating with vendors and partners, monitoring on-ground execution, and ensuring strong brand representation. The role also involves business development, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in processes and client experience.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership in event management or entertainment, with experience overseeing end-to-end planning, production, and on-ground execution.Strong client-facing skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.Experience with corporate events, social celebrations, concerts, brand activations, or similar large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and operations teams.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making sound decisions under pressure and tight timelines.Comfort with using digital tools for project management, scheduling, documentation, and client communications.Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Prior leadership experience in events or entertainment in Indore or similar markets is preferred.
