Administrative Assistant Manager

Role Description The Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing hospital operations and strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. This role includes managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating clinical and administrative functions, and ensuring high standards of patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance. The Director will monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, manage budgets, and support long-term planning for growth and service development. Daily tasks include engaging with medical and non-medical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, and representing the hospital in interactions with partners, regulators, and the broader community. The role also involves driving change management, supporting staff development, and implementing policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and patient experience.QualificationsStrong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams in a complex organizational setting.Proficiency in strategic planning, operations management, and performance monitoring within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.Demonstrated ability in financial management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.Knowledge of hospital or healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.Proven capacity for problem-solving, decision-making under pressure, and managing change in dynamic environments.Relevant university degree in healthcare administration, medicine, business management, or a related field; advanced or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.Prior senior leadership experience in a hospital, healthcare network, or large service organization is highly beneficial.Comfort with using digital tools and data for reporting, analysis, and informed decision-making.Commitment to ethical conduct, equity, inclusiveness, and a patient-centered approach to care.
