This position is integral to the Team's functioning and is often the first point of contact for clients, family members, other agencies.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls throughout the dayGreet clients/visitors in person and on the phone professionally and respectfullyManage and organize the Psychiatrist's scheduleScan/organize all necessary documents into Eliot's Electronic Medical Record Produce monthly reports for DMH and MBHPInventory supplies and order as necessary within constraints made by supervisorEnsure proper maintenance of office machines and the office areaCommunicate effectively with other Team membersAttend weekly staff meetings.
