By providing evidence-based strategies and recommendations to government agencies, the Center contributes to protecting the quality of Saudi society, strengthening the national economy, and advancing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.Role Description This full-time, on-site Administrative role is based in Riyadh at the National Center for Social Studies. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating internal and external communications. The individual will support teams by preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with logistics for events, workshops, and meetings. The role also includes responding to inquiries, providing courteous customer service to visitors and partners, and supporting basic financial and procurement processes, in alignment with the Center’s procedures and policies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with colleagues, visitors, and external partners.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, time management, and proficiency with office software and document management.Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills to support data-driven reporting, problem-solving, and process improvement.Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to assist with budgeting support, expense tracking, and basic financial documentation.Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in Arabic and English, attention to detail, reliability, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, and prior experience in public sector or research-focused organizations.A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, business, social sciences, or a related field is preferred.
