قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the Role:A leading company in the real estate development sector is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join its Legal Department in Jeddah.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in government platforms, official correspondence, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the department’s emails, handling government platform communications, and ensuring that requests and transactions are followed up and completed efficiently.A legal degree is not required; however, candidates should have a good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and employment-related regulations, along with strong follow-up and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor the Legal Department’s email accounts, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.Handle and follow up on emails and communications related to government platforms and authorities.Manage transactions and correspondence through Ejar, Municipality/Amanah platforms, Balady, the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), and other relevant government platforms.Submit, monitor, and follow up on government requests and transactions until completion.Review incoming notifications, requests, and comments through government platforms and coordinate the required actions.Prepare, organize, and follow up on official letters and administrative correspondence.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing and archiving of contracts, legal documents, government transactions, and correspondence.Follow up on real estate-related transactions involving tenants, government authorities, and other relevant parties.Coordinate with internal departments, including Development, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Maintenance, as required.Prepare and maintain tracking reports for government transactions, requests, deadlines, and pending actions.Monitor deadlines and ensure that all required actions and submissions are completed on time.Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department.Maintain strict confidentiality when handling legal, contractual, employee, and company-related information.Perform other administrative and coordination duties related to the Legal Department as assigned.Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.Previous experience in administrative coordination, government transactions, or government platforms.Hands-on experience with platforms such as Ejar, Amanah/Municipality, Balady, and REGA is highly preferred.Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment-related regulations.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent email management, documentation, and follow-up skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and transactions.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and coordination skills.Previous experience in the real estate development or real estate sector is preferred.
