This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and assisting with travel documentation and bookings. The Administrative Coordinator will support finance-related administrative tasks such as invoice processing, basic expense tracking, and coordination with vendors and partners. The role involves direct interaction with customers and internal teams to respond to inquiries, provide information on travel packages, and ensure smooth communication and service delivery. The person in this role will also help organize files, streamline workflows, and maintain an orderly and efficient office environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage records, schedules, documentation, and office workflows.Candidates should possess basic Finance skills to support invoicing, expense tracking, and coordination with finance teams.Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, along with comfort using email and online booking platforms.Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field; experience in travel or tourism is an advantage.
