Administrative Coordinator

Location: Woodbury, New Jersey | Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-minded Firm Administrative Coordinator to be a trusted partner to our leadership team, attorneys, and clients.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, keeps priorities moving, and takes ownership of both daily operations and continuous improvement.We’re looking for the glue.The person who notices what needs to be done before anyone asks.The person who keeps the details from falling through the cracks.The person who sees a problem and thinks, “I’ll take care of it.”We are seeking a Firm Administrative Coordinator to become an essential part of our team and help keep the entire office running smoothly.

This is not a role for someone who simply checks boxes or waits for direction. Ownership mentality is a must!You’ll work closely with Firm leadership and attorneys while helping coordinate the people, systems, schedules, processes, and details that keep our practice moving.In this role, you will:Own day-to-day administrative operations and make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffleManage complex executive and attorney calendars, anticipate conflicts, and keep priorities movingBe a welcoming, professional presence for our clients and visitorsContribute to critical workflows throughout the organizationCoordinate vendors, supplies, office needs, and special projectsHelp create a highly organized, professional, and positive office environmentThe person we’re looking for:You are proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and accountable.
