Administrative Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining company documentation, and supporting the preparation, review, and amendment of contracts and other business documents.

Job Responsibilities

· Prepare, organize, maintain, and archive company documents, contracts, and other administrative records.· Assist in preparing, updating, and amending contracts and other business documents.· Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to management and other departments, including preparing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating internal requirements.· Schedule meetings, manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups.· Liaise with clients, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to facilitate the timely completion of administrative tasks.Skills & Requirements· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.· Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate/property management administration, office coordination, or document management is preferred.· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.· Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Job Type: Full-timeEducation: Bachelor's Degree (Required)Job Location: Dubai, UAEAbout UsEstadeem Properties is a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in residential and investment properties across the UAE.
