With more than 30 fulfillment centers and over 4,000 active customers, we focus on warehouse automation, operational efficiency, and distribution solutions that support the continued growth of cross-border e-commerce.Job SummaryThe Regional Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative and operational support functions across regional warehouse locations.This role manages warehouse site sourcing and leasing, construction and facility projects, regional procurement and supplier management, asset and equipment administration, insurance coordination, and operational compliance. The position also supports regulatory matters, government and public relations, commodity compliance initiatives, and other regional administrative functions to ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate regional warehouse expansion projects, including site sourcing, property evaluation, lease negotiation support, contract execution, warehouse setup, and project progress tracking.Manage regional procurement activities and supplier resources for major equipment, assets, materials, and facility projects, including forklifts, racking systems, warehouse consumables, electronic equipment, network and electrical projects, insurance services, and other operational needs.Develop, evaluate, and maintain qualified regional suppliers and contractors; support commercial negotiations, supplier selection, contract management, performance evaluation, and ongoing vendor relationship management.Coordinate regional asset management activities, including asset inventory, equipment maintenance, asset transfers, and disposal processes to ensure appropriate documentation and internal controls.Oversee and coordinate warehouse administrative and facility-related matters, including workplace safety initiatives, security systems, fire and life-safety inspections, equipment maintenance, network and monitoring systems, and corrective-action follow-up.Identify, document, and analyze operational or facility-related issues and coordinate with warehouse management and relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.Support regional regulatory and compliance matters, including government inspections, regulatory inquiries, commodity compliance initiatives, tax-related compliance coordination, insurance matters, and other external compliance requirements.Coordinate relationships and communications with landlords, vendors, government agencies, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders as needed.Partner with corporate and cross-functional teams to implement company policies, compliance requirements, insurance programs, asset management standards, and other regional initiatives.Lead and manage the regional administration team, including work allocation, performance management, team development, and cross-functional coordination.Perform other regional administrative, facility, procurement, and compliance-related responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.3+ years of relevant experience in administration, facility management, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.Prior experience supporting multiple warehouses, distribution centers, or operational sites is strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience in one or more areas such as warehouse/facility projects, procurement, vendor management, asset management, leasing, or operational compliance.Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across different locations in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing or supervising a team is preferred.Familiarity with purchasing negotiations, vendor relations, property/lease coordination, and external stakeholder management.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational risks and drive issues through resolution.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business productivity tools.Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required.Position DetailsJob Type: Full-timePay Range: $80,000 – $110,000 per yearWork Location: In person
