Role Description This full-time, on-site Director role at Turbo Energy Germany GmbH is based in Erode. The Director oversees overall business operations, setting strategic goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. The role involves building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The Director also mentors team members, promotes a culture of accountability and collaboration, and reports regularly on organizational performance to senior leadership.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, including experience in setting priorities, defining roadmaps, and managing organizational change.Solid business and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics to support sustainable growth.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and present to senior leadership and partners.Background in operations or general management, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Erode and collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.Proven track record of implementing process improvements, driving efficiency initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement programs.
