This role is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing documents, and handling correspondence. The Administrative Specialist supports internal teams by preparing reports, tracking basic financial or operational data, and ensuring accurate records and filing systems. The role includes coordinating with stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and providing customer service support to internal and external parties. The Administrative Specialist also helps streamline office workflows, assists with logistics for meetings and events, and collaborates with colleagues to maintain efficient administrative processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including attention to detail, basic data interpretation, and the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.Candidates should possess robust Administrative Assistance skills, such as organizing schedules, managing documentation, maintaining records, and supporting office operations.Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and a service-oriented approach to internal and external inquiries.Candidates should possess foundational Finance-related skills, such as handling simple financial records, tracking expenses, and supporting budget or invoice processes.Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and digital filing systems).Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is beneficial, particularly within investment, finance, or corporate environments.
