In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of the project office, ensuring information and documentation are accurately prepared, organised, maintained, and distributed across a busy construction environment. You will be responsible for scanning, processing, filing, and managing project documentation within Microsoft Teams and company systems, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.Working closely with Operations, Commercial, and wider project teams, you will manage large volumes of incoming documentation, respond to telephone and email enquiries, and provide general administrative support to managers and colleagues.
