AdministratorOur client is an established wealth management business based in NW London, specialising in providing investment and financial planning services to clients, many of whom are retired and based overseas.They are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their established team and provide support across the day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Wealth Managers and Financial Planners.This is a varied role combining client administration, financial administration and general office responsibilities. The successful candidate will be an important point of contact for clients and will need to be highly organised, professional and confident managing a varied workload.ResponsibilitiesManaging incoming emails, telephone calls and general client enquiries, directing queries to the relevant Wealth Manager where requiredPreparing correspondence and letters following client reviews and meetingsSupporting the Wealth Management team with preparation for client reviewsArranging client reviews and managing the necessary follow-up afterwardsAssisting with new client onboarding and processing new businessLiaising with clients and external providers as requiredUpdating and maintaining accurate client information on internal systemsRecording fees, payments and other relevant financial informationPreparing new client packs and other documentationMonitoring client requests, including requests relating to the movement of fundsKeeping records and systems up to dateMonitoring income payments, management fees and asset transfer reportsProducing client valuations and liaising with providers to obtain outstanding statementsDealing with client and provider queries and ensuring they are followed through to completionSupporting and overseeing client-related systems and processesAssisting with general office administration and managementPotentially supervising and supporting a Junior AdministratorAbout YouAt least 3 years' experience in a financial administration rolePrevious experience within wealth management or an IFA environment is essentialStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyComfortable working with figures and financial informationConfident using Microsoft Office and other IT systemsHighly organised with the ability to manage a varied and changing workloadAble to work independently while also being part of a wider teamProfessional, personable and confident when dealing with clientsStrong work ethic and a proactive approachThe successful candidate will be joining an established team in a client-facing role where attention to detail, organisation and good communication are particularly important.Salary: £33,000–£42,000 depending on experienceHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
