Guided by a career-focused mission, EduHub aims to empower learners with recognized credentials and practical skills to succeed in global markets.Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the entire admissions journey. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; explaining program offerings, accreditation details, and training formats; and assessing applicant needs to recommend suitable courses. The role involves conducting consultations, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems, and supporting applicants with documentation, enrollment, and payment processes. The Admission Counsellor collaborates with trainers and marketing teams to align messaging, participates in events and info sessions, and contributes to achieving enrollment targets while ensuring a professional, supportive experience for each applicant.Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and present information clearly to diverse audiences.Customer service and counselling skills, including experience handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding individuals through decision-making processes.Sales and conversion skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and comfort working with enrollment targets in an ethical, learner-focused manner.Administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency with CRM or admissions systems, email, spreadsheets, and accurate record-keeping.Understanding of professional training and certification markets, preferably in areas such as project management, Lean Six Sigma, HR, or digital marketing.Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in admissions, counselling, or education services.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic or Hindi) are an advantage.Prior experience in education counselling, training institutes, or similar customer-facing roles in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
