Admission Counselor - Study Abroad

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their international education goals? We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor with a strong background in the study abroad industry to join our growing team in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students on higher education opportunities in UK, Canada, and Europe.Guide students throughout the admission journey, from initial consultation to university enrollment.Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.Provide accurate information on admission requirements, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.Assist students with application preparation, document verification, SOPs, LORs, and other admission requirements.Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication to ensure a seamless application process.Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to track application progress.Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system regularly.Achieve individual counseling and enrollment targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience as an Admission Counselor in the study abroad industry within the UAE.Proven experience counseling students for UK, Canada, and European universities.Strong knowledge of university admissions, application procedures, offer letters, visa documentation, and enrollment processes.Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) will be an added advantage.Target-driven, organized, and customer-focused.Preferred CandidatePrior experience working with education consultancies in Dubai.Strong understanding of the overseas education market and current admission trends.Ability to build trust with students and parents while providing honest and professional guidance.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentives.Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing international education consultancy.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to work with leading partner universities across the UK, Canada, and Europe.Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply by sending their CV to executive@thebrightminds.ae or applying directly through LinkedIn.
